Requirements

The Quote Request Plugin requires an active paid Ride Sync subscription or Free Trial. On the free plan, customers will see a message indicating that a subscription is required. Upgrade anytime in Settings → Subscription.

Getting Your Embed Code

  1. Log in to your Ride Sync dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Quote Request Plugin.

  3. Copy the embed code snippet provided.

Adding the Plugin to Your Website

Paste the embed code into the HTML of any page where you want the quote form to appear:

  • WordPress: Edit the page and paste the code into an HTML block.

  • Squarespace / Wix / Weebly: Use a Code Block or Custom HTML widget and paste the snippet.

  • Custom HTML site: Paste the code directly into your page's HTML where you want the form.

Creating a QR Code for Your Booking Form

Want to drive customers to your quote form from a business card or flyer? Generate a QR code that links to the page where your plugin is embedded:

  1. Copy the URL of the page on your website where the plugin is embedded.

  2. Go to a free QR code generator such as qr-code-generator.com.

  3. Paste your URL and download the QR code image.

  4. Add it to your business cards, flyers, or signage.

Troubleshooting

  • Make sure your Ride Sync subscription or free trial is active

  • Ensure the embed code was pasted correctly without missing characters.

  • Try opening the page in an incognito/private window to rule out caching issues.

  • Check that no other scripts on your page are blocking third-party embeds.
