A breakdown of Ride Sync's Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans, the 14-day free trial, and how to upgrade or manage your subscription.

The Free Plan

The Ride Sync Free Plan lets you explore the platform and manage reservations directly in your dashboard at no cost — free forever. It's built for individuals and small teams just getting started. Each month you get:

  • 30 monthly quotes

  • 10 monthly reservations

  • 3 custom service types

Free Trial

All new Ride Sync accounts include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. During the trial you get full access to the platform so you can try everything before deciding on a plan. When the trial ends, you can subscribe to a paid plan or continue on the Free Plan.

Starter Plan

The Starter Plan is designed for growing teams and operations. It's $39.99/month billed annually (choosing yearly billing saves you 20%). Each month you get:

  • 750 monthly quotes

  • 150 monthly reservations

  • 10 custom service types

  • 10 custom tours

Pro Plan

The Pro Plan is our most popular option, built for larger teams with many vehicles and drivers to manage. It's $79.99/month billed annually (yearly billing saves 20%). Each month you get:

  • 1,500 monthly quotes

  • 500 monthly reservations

  • 25 custom service types

  • 25 custom tours

Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise Plan is built for high-volume fleets and growing operators, with custom pricing tailored to your volume. It includes everything in Pro, plus:

  • Unlimited quotes

  • Unlimited reservations

  • Unlimited service types

  • Priority support

How to Upgrade

  1. Log in to your Ride Sync dashboard.

  2. Go to Settings → Subscription.

  3. Select the plan that fits your business and choose monthly or yearly billing.

  4. Enter your payment details to activate.

Managing Your Subscription

You can view your current plan, billing history, and next renewal date at any time in Settings → Subscription. To cancel or change your plan, use the options on that page or reach out to our support team through the chat widget in your dashboard.
