Enabling Online Booking
Ride Sync makes it easy for your customers to book rides directly from your website. Once you've added the quote request plugin to your site, customers can submit booking requests 24/7 without needing to call your office.
Instant Booking
You can also activate instant booking in settings to allow your customers to instantly book their reservation. Once they click on book, they will be able to pay for their reservation all on the same page and confirm the trip. In order to ensure that you are available to accept the reservation, you can set time blocks and time delays. You can also set minimum pricing on your service types to ensure you are always providing accurate pricing.
The Customer Booking Experience
When a customer visits your website and uses the booking widget, they'll be guided through a simple process. They select their service type, enter pickup and drop-off locations, choose a date and time, and provide their contact information. The system automatically calculates a price based on your configured rates.
What Happens After a Customer Books
After a customer submits a quote request, the customer will receive an email containing the details of their quote. You'll receive an email notification as well. The quote will be added to your Ride Sync dashboard. You can then review the request, adjust pricing if needed, and send a confirmation back to the customer. The customer will receive an email with their booking details and a payment link to confirm the quote.
Managing Online Reservations
All online bookings appear in your Reservations dashboard where you can assign drivers, update statuses, and communicate with customers. You have full control over every booking before it's confirmed.
