When you first set up Ride Sync, your company name is used to generate your unique links — your quote request URL, booking URL, and contact URL. Because your name and your URLs are tied together, updating your company name in Settings will normally also update those URLs to match.

If you've already shared your links on your website, in emails, on social media, or in printed materials, changing your company name can change those URLs and cause the old ones to stop working. This is worth keeping in mind if you want to add a second company name or adjust your branding but need your existing links to keep working exactly as they are.

If you want to update or add to your company name but keep your current URLs unchanged, reach out to our support team and we can help. We can separate the two so your displayed company name is updated while your existing links stay the same, so nothing you've already shared breaks.
