Troubleshooting the Quote Plugin

Plugin page shows an error or doesn't load — Make sure your Ride Sync account is active and that you have at least one service type configured. The plugin requires active service types to display the quote form.

Customers aren't receiving confirmation emails — Check your email settings under Settings → Email Settings. Ensure a valid email address is configured and that email notifications are enabled.

Embed code isn't displaying correctly — Verify that your website builder supports custom HTML embeds. Some website platforms (like Wix or Squarespace) have specific steps for adding custom code blocks. Contact your website provider if you need help adding HTML to your pages.
