1. Open Vehicle Settings
Go to Settings in the left-hand menu.
Select the Vehicles tab to see your list of vehicle types.
2. Select the Vehicle You Want to Edit
From the Vehicles list, select the specific vehicle type you want to edit.
3. Enter Vehicle Details and Configure Pricing Tiers
Update the main details for this vehicle type:
Vehicle name (what customers will see in the booking flow)
Capacity (passengers and luggage)
Adjust pricing
The vehicle pricing tier feature lets you control your base pricing by tier for custom service types, so you can charge different base rates for the same service type depending on the vehicle's tier.
Choose the appropriate tier for this vehicle type:
Tier A for your premium or highest-end vehicles
Tier B for your standard or mid-tier vehicles
Tier C for your economy or lower-tier vehicles
For each service type, you can then set a custom base rate tied to the chosen tier, instead of using one global base rate for all vehicles of that type. That means a Tier A sedan can carry a higher base rate than a Tier C sedan on the same service.
4. Add a Vehicle Image and Configure Display Settings
Upload a photo of the vehicle in the image upload area so it appears in your booking flow and on quotes.
Toggle the display options to control:
Whether this vehicle type is visible to customers
Whether pricing is shown directly or handled via quote
If you don't set pricing for this vehicle type, customers see a Request a quote option instead of a price. They can submit a quote request, and you can send back an automatic quote with pricing included — letting them pay in the same workflow.
5. Enter Pricing Details and Surcharges
Scroll to the bottom of the vehicle type page to configure detailed pricing. Here you can enter:
Base fares
Per-distance and/or per-time rates, depending on your configuration
You can also set up surcharges for things like extra passengers, extra luggage, or other add-ons:
Per-passenger surcharges beyond the included capacity
Extra luggage or oversized luggage fees
Other per-ride or per-service surcharges as configured in your account
6. Save or Delete the Vehicle Type
When you're finished, either delete the vehicle if it's no longer needed, or save your changes to keep the updated configuration.
7. Add Additional Vehicles of the Same Type (Optional)
If you run more than one physical vehicle of the same type, open the dropdown on Edit vehicles to manage additional entries, then choose the option to add an additional vehicle.
This opens a new vehicle entry using the same vehicle type configuration and pricing you set up in the previous steps. Each physical vehicle can then be managed individually — for availability, driver assignments, and so on.
