By default, Ride Sync displays dates in U.S. format (MM/DD/YYYY). If you'd rather see dates the way they're written in Europe (DD/MM/YYYY), you can switch your account's date format in your settings.

Go to Settings → General Settings and scroll to the Localization section at the bottom of the page. From there, select the European date format and save. This updates how dates are displayed throughout your account, including on reservations, quotes, and invoices.

Once switched, every date shown in your Ride Sync account will follow the day/month/year order instead of month/day/year. This only affects how dates are displayed to you — it doesn't change how any of your existing reservations or records are stored.
