1. Navigate to https://app.myridesync.com
2. Click "Settings"
3. Click "Add new Team Member Account"
4. Enter your Team Member's Details
Alert:
Ensure the email you enter does not already have a Ride Sync account
5. Select the Team Member Type
6. User's have different permissions based on their type
Tip:
Drivers: Only has access to the reservations that they are assigned.
Office Employee: Has access to view and create new reservations, quotes, and invoices.
Admin: Has access to most settings and all reservations, quotes, and invoices.
Account Holder: Has access to all features, settings, integrations, and subscriptions.
