How to Add a Team Member to Ride Sync

Instructions on how to add a team member to Ride Sync. It also highlights different permissions and access levels for each team member type.

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Add new Team Member Account"

4. Enter your Team Member's Details

Alert:

Ensure the email you enter does not already have a Ride Sync account

5. Select the Team Member Type

6. User's have different permissions based on their type

Tip:

Drivers: Only has access to the reservations that they are assigned.

Office Employee: Has access to view and create new reservations, quotes, and invoices.

Admin: Has access to most settings and all reservations, quotes, and invoices.

Account Holder: Has access to all features, settings, integrations, and subscriptions.
